1. Determine your membership dues

For resorts (3 or more cabins) and campgrounds, the membership dues are as follows:

The membership investment is only $17.00 per bedroom and $5.00 per campsite. If you are a resort with campsites, the cap is 40 sites. The minimum annual dues are $150, and the maximum dues are $1000.

Note: A resort with 10 cabins and 25 total campsites:
10 bedrooms x $17 = $170 + 25  x $5 per campsite = $125 Total dues = $295
Note: A resort/campground (with less than 3 cabins) and 207 total campsites:
207 campsites x $5 = $1035 would pay only the maximum dues. Total dues = $1000
