1. Determine your membership dues

For resorts (3 or more cabins) and campgrounds, the membership dues are as follows:

The membership investment is only $16.75 per bedroom and $4.75 per campsite. If you are a resort with campsites, the cap is 25 sites. The minimum annual dues are $150, and the maximum dues are $975.

Note: A resort with 10 cabins and 35 total campsites:
10 bedrooms x $16.75 = $167.5 + 25 (cap of campsites) x $4.75 per campsite = $118.75 Total dues = $286.25
Note: A resort/campground (with less than 3 cabins) and 207 total campsites:
207 campsites x $4.75 = $983.25 would pay only the maximum dues. Total dues = $975
